David Lloyd Geneva Partially Open

We have taken a whole range of measures to respect the barrier measures advocated in sports hall. We have endeavoured to ensure that the club is as clean as possible and have incorporated a number of new cleaning protocols to maintain a high level of hygiene.

CLEANING:

  • All cleaning is carried out with a fully virucidal disinfectant, certified to kill enveloped viruses within 60 seconds.
  • Cleaning team in the club throughout the day. Setting up a cleaning follow-up display for each studio.
  • Frequent cleaning of all points of contact during peak hours, i.e. door handles, ramps and handrails, faucets, toilets, knobs, lockers, showers, elevator buttons, switches, fitness equipment and fountains.
  • All studios and studio equipment are cleaned after each class by the staff and members.
  • More regular cleaning of the cardio equipment by the coaches.

BARRIER MEASURES:

  • Adapted signage: ground markings, lines, circles and points.
  • Limitation of the number of members. All activities must be reserved via the app.
  • Reduction of class capacity to meet the 5m2 per person rule.
  • Adaptation of class schedules to allow complete cleaning after each class and manage flows.
  • Addition of extra classes to meet the limited capacity of the studios.
  • Rearrangement of the cardio bodybuilding platform to allow a physical distance of 5M 2 per person.
  • Synrgy classes will be suspended and the small equipment is removed from the gym floor to ensure that hygiene rules are respected.
  • Organization of more group classes in the open air.
  • Gentle gym classes have been added to compensate for the absence or reduction of aqua classes.
  • Parent/child classes have been added to compensate for the absence or reduction of DL kids classes.
  • Disinfection products to clean the equipment have been added (wipe dispensers soon available).
  • Hand disinfection stations are positioned throughout the club.
  • Gloves are available at the entrance of the club and throughout the club.
  • Mask and gloves bin installed at the exit of the club.
  • Information given at the entrance of the club to remind everyone of the measures in force. Full cleaning protocol available at reception.
  • Translucent screens positioned at the reception and bar.
  • Reorganization of the catering area to allow a minimum distance of 1M between each table.
  • One way entrance and exit of the club and descent of the stairs on the fitness side.
  • The team will wash their hands before starting their shift, after each cleaning task and frequently throughout the day.
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) (gloves, masks, visors, gel) has been provided to all staff.
  • Social distancing rules also apply to team members.
