All of our swim instructors are qualified and are carefully selected to ensure they meet the standards we require.
Our swimming lessons for kids are divided into stages and designed to suit your child's ability, so you should see them progress through the different levels. They'll move from basic skills, buoyancy and balance, to more complex techniques such as backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly.
Aqua classes are a fun, low-impact workout set to upbeat music. Using the resistance of the water and dumbbells, you’ll enjoy a full-body session that boosts cardio fitness, tones muscles, and strengthens your core. Led by expert instructors, classes combine cardio and strength moves, and you don’t need to be a strong swimmer, as the pool floor is always within reach.
