Our experienced and supportive coaches will be with you every stroke of the way. Adult beginner classes will take you through the basics in a small group. Improver lessons work on increasing distance and improving your technique. And our Master Swim sessions will make sure you’re constantly improving.

While kids are always welcome at David Lloyd Clubs, sometimes adults want to swim in peace. Both our indoor and outdoor pools have timetables that include adult-only swimming sessions. We also use lane swimming for different speeds, to make sure everyone can get the most out of their swim.
Aqua classes are a fun, low-impact workout set to upbeat music. Using the resistance of the water and dumbbells, you’ll enjoy a full-body session that boosts cardio fitness, tones muscles, and strengthens your core. Led by expert instructors, classes combine cardio and strength moves, and you don’t need to be a strong swimmer, as the pool floor is always within reach.
